DZA offers medical, dental, life insurance, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, and also access to AFLAC. DZA pays $300 towards medical premiums, and also provides free dental coverage to its employees. DZA continually evaluates benefit options available to our industry in order to maintain the highest standards of dedication to our staff members.

DZA Benefits

Flexibility       

DZA offers more flexibility with work schedules than the typical CPA firm.  We currently have professional staff that work part-time, partially from home, late starts, early starts, and unbalanced work days (some long, some short).  We allow our team the flexibility to design their own work schedule in a manner that works for them to meet their personal and professional responsibilities. 

Training

DZA is committed to the professional and personal development of our team members. DZA provides training well in excess of AICPA, Government Accountability Office, and state requirements.  

New team members will attend AuditWatch Level 1 training within a short period of their start date.  Team members attend an AuditWatch training session each year for the first five years of their career.  DZA also provides healthcare and not-for-profit training through a combination of AICPA, WSCPA, HFMA, and other educational providers. DZA provides training for leadership, management, and personal development as well as for technical skills. 

DZA also has monthly team meetings to share information among team members. DZA strives for an environment of constant sharing and communication of any matters that could benefit the team.
