DZA provides financial reporting and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement services to critical access hospitals, hospitals, nursing homes, rural health clinics, federally qualified health clinics, home health agencies, hospices, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities.
DZA provides the following financial reporting services for healthcare organizations:

DZA provides the following Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement services for rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, and other physician clinics:

- Review of physician practice organization structure for optimal reimbursement including provider-based rural health clinics, freestanding rural health clinics, provider-based clinics, freestanding clinics, and federally qualified health clinics
