Invested in You. DZA recognizes our employees are our best assets.
DZA is committed to our team and invests in our employees by extending numerous training and continuing education opportunities.
Professional staff members are provided with training and professional development opportunities in excess of the AICPA, Governmental Accountability Office, and state requirements. New team members attend an AuditWatch training session for each year for the first five years of their career. Our commitment to continuous learning includes training for leadership, management, and technical skills among other professional development fields.
DZA encourages employees to maintain a work-life balance by extending flexible work schedules to employees.
Our staff enjoys flexible work schedules to meet personal and professional responsibilities. Flexible schedules include part-time employees, work from home days, late or early starts, and unbalanced work days (some short, some long).
DZA mentors employees from day one.
Exceptional client service begins with our employees. Our employees are mentored from day one by partners, managers, and staff accountants. We operate in a dynamic and collaborative work environment on engagements and projects. Our approach allows for opportunities to learn directly from experienced accounting and consulting professionals.
DZA is an equal opportunity employer.

DZA has been a great place to grow my career. DZA invests in their employees through relevant educational opportunities, flexible working schedules, and competitive compensation. They encourage each team member to find a balance between professional and personal priorities and believe that if we’re successful in that balance, we’ll be happier and more productive employees. I feel lucky to have found a firm that trusts me enough to work some hours from home, allows me to wear casual clothes to the office, and has given me many opportunities for professional growth.
